|Description=Constructed to Comstar to replace the huge losses incurred at the Battle of Tukayyid. Intended as a 'jack-of-all-trades' this Mech can mount a mixture of lasers, rockets and missiles.

|Strengths=Another strong medium mech of the excellent 55 ton class, the Grim Reaper distinguishes itself with some unique qualities. [[ECM]] and the [[IFF Jammer]] make the chassis the most natural pure insurgency unit of the class, and the addition of [[Jump Jets]] contributes to its ability to navigate quickly over rough terrain. An [[energy]] heavy design makes ammunition concerns less critical, though the missile capability is strong for a mech this size and will require consideration. The weapons are well distributed and a Grim Reaper without arms can still be a threat to contend with. Its agility factors are not spectacular, but are perfectly suitable for its natural insurgency operations. Speed is good, and upgrades are very efficient with an additional 7 kph available with each.
